We are seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to become a part of the team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate, commercial, and credit loans.
Our client is a fast-growing, well-established, highly respected community bank with low-turnover, has multiple openings for Commercial Lenders.
This position has unlimited opportunity for a go-getter. Compensation $90,000 +++ depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in CRE, C&I, and possibly SBA
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- File loan applications and supporting documents
- Develop referral networks and get involved with the community
Background Profile:
- Previous 2+ years of experience in finance, banking, or other related fields
- Must have lived in the surrounding area Georgetown/Round Rock/Leander/Cedar Park area for 5+ years
- Expertise in CRE, C&I, and possibly SBA
- 4 year Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
